      Begin Recall the   definitions of Physical Activity for Life.   Explain that they will   learn more about the basics of an exercise program.                                                              Have students briefly explain   some steps they can take to reduce their health risks. They will be learning more about these   behaviors in the lesson Recall the   definition of Health.   They will learn   about making decisions and setting goals. Ask   students what they think is involved in setting realistic goals for an   exercise program. Elaboration will occur Who has experienced   an injury before? Whether minor or major?
