I graduated high school from Carroll High School in 2004. While attending high school I was involved in numerous sports teams and clubs. I played softball, volleyball, basketball, and cheered as well. I was also a member of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), as well as an honor graduate.

I attended Wallace Community College before I transfered to Troy University Dothan campus to finish out my degree. While at Wallace, I received the Outstanding Math Student Award. I received a bachelors degree in Mathematics with a minor in Sociology from Troy University in Dothan in December 2015. Just like at Wallace, I received the Outstanding Math Student Award at Troy Dothan as well. I graduated from Troy with Magna Cum Laude.

I also have a cosmetology license that I have held since July 2010.

I have taught at Carroll High School since 2016-2017 school year, with experience teaching Algebra, Geometry, Algebraic Connections, and Algebra with Finance.
