Bio

I am originally from the small town of Notasulga, Alabama which is located between Auburn and Tuskegee. I attended to Troy University. I graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Language Arts education. This will be my 7th year  at Carroll High School and my 2nd year as the 9th and 10th grade school counselor.

I recently had a sweet baby boy named CARTER and I love being a MOM!!!In my spare time I love to go to the beach and watch College Football. I also love to read and write for pleasure which I hope will rub off on my students if they do not feel the same :) I am the 9th and 10th grade School Counselor.

I have an amazing family, group of friends, and outstanding sorority sisters (KAPPA DELTA) that I will, no doubt, talk about constantly in my class. It is because of these wonderful people in my life that I am where I am today. I also have a passion for volunteering and helping others. I have my Master's degree in Counselor Education so that one day I can further my work in helping my young adolescent students develop mentally, physically, and emotionally. High school can be a tough time (I know because I was there not too long ago!) and I want to help my students survive and thrive! If you ever have any questions, please feel free to just ask!
